1. TradeBoard materials

TradeBoard, including its software, design, branding, logo, documentation, workflows and user interface, belongs to TradeBoard or its licensors.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, resell or create competing services from TradeBoard materials except where expressly permitted in writing.

2. Customer and user content

Customer organisations and users keep ownership of content they add to TradeBoard, including deal information, comments, files, locations and uploaded documents.

By adding content to TradeBoard, you grant TradeBoard the rights needed to host, store, process, display, transmit, back up and secure that content for the purpose of providing the service.

3. Responsibility for uploaded content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload and share content through TradeBoard.

You must not upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights or legal rights.

4. Logos and dealership names

If you add company names, trading names, dealership names or logos to TradeBoard, you confirm that you are authorised to use them for the purpose of the vehicle deal workflow.

TradeBoard may display those names or logos inside the service where needed for account, deal or workflow identification.

5. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions or feedback about TradeBoard, TradeBoard may use them to improve the service without owing payment or attribution, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Takedown requests

If you believe content in TradeBoard infringes your rights, contact TradeBoard Ltd with:

• your name and contact details;
• the content you are concerned about;
• the right you believe is infringed;
• enough information for TradeBoard to investigate.
